1. Parties
a) GLOBAL POZİTİF TEKNOLOJİLER SAN.VE DIŞ TİC. AŞ., located at Adnan Kahveci Mh. Avrupa Cd. Kubist Istanbul Park Residance No:108/187 Gürpınar Beylikdüzü/İSTANBUL/Türkiye, operating the activities of the en.makinaelemanlari.com website. (Hereinafter referred to as "en.makinaelemanlari.com"). b) Internet user who becomes a member of the en.makinaelemanlari.com website ("Member").
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the conditions under which the member can benefit from the en.makinaelemanlari.com website owned by en.makinaelemanlari.com.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Member declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a member of the en.makinaelemanlari.com website is true under the law, and will immediately compensate en.makinaelemanlari.com for all damages due to the falsity of this information. 3.2. The Member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet users without permission. Otherwise, all legal and criminal responsibilities arising from this will belong entirely to the member. 3.8. The member who violates one or more of the articles listed in this membership agreement will be personally responsible for such violations both criminally and legally, and will keep en.makinaelemanlari.com free from the legal and criminal consequences of these violations. In addition, in the event that the incident is brought to the legal field due to such violation, en.makinaelemanlari.com reserves the right to claim compensation from the member for non-compliance with the membership agreement. 3.9. en.makinaelemanlari.com has the unilateral right to delete the membership of the member when necessary, delete the files, documents, and information belonging to the customer. The member accepts this disposition in advance. In this case, en.makinaelemanlari.com has no responsibility. 3.10. The software and design of the en.makinaelemanlari.com website are the property of en.makinaelemanlari.com, and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by relevant laws and cannot be used, acquired, or modified without permission by the member. The member declares and accepts that they allow the collection, sharing with all companies affiliated with GLOBAL POZİTİF TEKNOLOJİLER SAN.VE DIŞ TİC. AŞ., use, and archiving of personal and shopping information provided to en.makinaelemanlari.com while becoming a member and/or in the past and/or in the future, and consumer behavior information for the above purposes. Unless the member states otherwise, they accept that their data will continue to be collected, shared with all companies affiliated with GLOBAL POZİTİF TEKNOLOJİLER SAN.VE DIŞ TİC. AŞ., used, and archived by en.makinaelemanlari.com and all companies affiliated with GLOBAL POZİTİF TEKNOLOJİLER SAN.VE DIŞ TİC. AŞ. even after their membership ends. Unless the member states otherwise, they accept that en.makinaelemanlari.com and all companies affiliated with GLOBAL POZİTİF TEKNOLOJİLER SAN.VE DIŞ TİC. AŞ. can contact them using internet, phone, SMS, and other communication channels. The member will not claim any direct and/or indirect material and/or moral negative and/or positive, in short, any damage due to the collection, sharing, use, archiving of the above-mentioned information, and reaching them, and will not hold en.makinaelemanlari.com and companies affiliated with GLOBAL POZİTİF TEKNOLOJİLER SAN.VE DIŞ TİC. If the member wishes to opt out of receiving emails and/or SMS, they can perform the email and/or SMS sending cancellation process in the "My Preferences" section of "My Page".
- Termination of the Agreement This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels their membership or en.makinaelemanlari.com cancels the member's membership. en.makinaelemanlari.com can unilaterally terminate the agreement by canceling the member's membership if the member violates any provision of the membership agreement.
- Resolution of Disputes In disputes related to this agreement, Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.
- Effectiveness The member's registration for membership means that they have read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded at the moment the member becomes a member and has come into effect mutually.
